Seniors: 

  • Your commitment forms ( yellow, green, and blue) are due on Tuesday, October 15th
    • ***** You may not begin your senior privileges until all these forms are turned into the service office ****

SEMESTER ONE DEADLINES:

  • Thursday, October 3rd -- September Hours Due
  • Thursday, November 7th -- October Hours Due
  • Thursday, December 5th -- November Hours Due
  • Thursday, January 9th -- December Hours Due
  • Thursday, January 23rd --January Hours Due ( 1st Semester Ends)

REMINDERS:

 For your service hours to be counted you must have the following forms on file in the service office:

  • Yellow Student Data Sheet (for each place you commit to doing weekly service at)
  • Green Supervisor Commitment Document (for each place you commit to doing weekly service at)
  • Blue Parent/Student Commitment Form

 Every year, even for the same organization, committed service begins earning credit after the green / yellow forms are submitted.

0 documents = 0 credit!

 By the end of each semester, you must have completed 20 service hours for the outside community.

GRADES 10-12: Scholars/Honor Students Additional Requirements

Hi there! 

Lots of you had questions about what happens if you are a scholar or honors student so here's some clarification: 

SCHOLAR STUDENTS: 

You are required to complete the 40 hour requirement for the year from the service program,  plus an additional 10 in-school hours to be submitted to Mrs.Tarduogno in the guidance office. 

 

HONORS STUDENTS: 

You are required to complete the 40 hour requirement for the year from the service program plus an additional 10 hours of service to be submitted to Sister Martha in her office.
