For your service hours to be counted you must have the following forms on file in the service office:
- Yellow Student Data Sheet (for each place you commit to doing weekly service at)
- Green Supervisor Commitment Document (for each place you commit to doing weekly service at)
- Blue Parent/Student Commitment Form
Every year, even for the same organization, committed service begins earning credit after the green / yellow forms are submitted.
0 documents = 0 credit!
By the end of each semester, you must have completed 20 service hours for the outside community.
GRADES 10-12: Scholars/Honor Students Additional Requirements

Lots of you had questions about what happens if you are a scholar or honors student so here's some clarification:
You are required to complete the 40 hour requirement for the year from the service program, plus an additional 10 in-school hours to be submitted to Mrs.Tarduogno in the guidance office.
