NEEDS BASED FINANCIAL AID FOR INCOMING 9TH GRADERS

Ferrer Financial Aid:

Saint Vincent Ferrer High School has a limited amount of financial aid to award to its students.  These funds have been raised by the school to help students who may have financial need.  It is our hope that financial concerns will not deter any student from attending Ferrer.

To determine the amount of financial aid that a family can expect, prospective students are asked to  do the following:

  1. Pay the first deposit and complete the Admissions Decision Form, which can be found online in your acceptance email, by Monday, February 9th.
  2. Complete the financial aid packet information (found on our school website) and return it to the school (Attention to the Business Office) by February 9, 2026, with a copy of the 2025 W-2 Forms.
  3. Receive an estimate of Ferrer financial aid during the week of February 23rd
  4. Register in-person for the Class of 2027 on March 11, 2026.

Please note: All financial aid determinations sent during the week of February 23rd are estimated amounts.

Final financial aid determinations will be made after the March 11th registration date, contingent upon completion of the financial aid packet and submission of all required documents outlined by the Business Office.

 

Inner City Scholarships and Grants:

These programs administered by the Archdiocese of New York have been extended to include Saint Vincent Ferrer High School. Ferrer will accept all Inner City Scholarship Awards, and we will also review options for additional financial aid based on availability.

 

 

HOW TO APPLY FOR FINANCIAL AID

To apply for financial aid for the 2026-2027  school year please complete the following (please note these instructions are only for incoming 9th graders ): 

 1. Read the following letter:
