  • 2025 Summer Sports Clinics Registration Now Open!

    Important Details
    Please review the attached 2025 Summer Sports Clinics Waiver Form for detailed information regarding clinic dates, times, and requirements.  A copy of this form will be provided in homeroom today, June 6.

    To Register:

    Step 1 – Complete the Google Form: https://forms.gle/kCqRazBFsbbJV1Qj7

    • Upload a clearly scanned copy of the completed and signed waiver form as a PDF through the Google Form.

    Step 2 – Submit Payment Online: https://www.zeffy.com/ticketing/2025-summer-sports-clinics

    • OR submit payment in person. Please place it in a sealed envelope labeled with:
      • The student-athlete’s full name
      • “Summer Sports Clinics Payment”
    • Drop it off in Mrs. Loayza-Marcelo’s mailbox in the Main Office, 1st Floor.

    Deadline:
    All registrations and payments are due by Monday, June 16.

  • 2025 SVF Cheer & Dance | June Tryout Material Clinics Information & Google Registration Link

    We would like to invite all incoming freshmen interested in joining our award-winning Cheer and Dance programs to attend our June Tryout Material Clinics. While our official team tryouts will not take place until August 18th, these clinics are an important opportunity to:

    • Build skills and learn technique
    • Receive guidance to help prepare for summer camp and the upcoming season
    • Get important updates and info about summer camp and team expectations
    Please note: While these clinics are designed to teach material and offer preparation for team placement, it is NOT an official tryout. 
     

    CHEER CLINICS

    Dates: Monday, June 2nd & Wednesday, June 4th

    Arrival: 3:30 PM | Start: 4:00 PM | End: 6:30 PM

    Location: SVF Gym

    DANCE CLINICS

    Dates: Thursday, June 5th & Friday, June 6th

    Arrival: 3:30 PM | Start: 4:00 PM | End: 6:00 PM

    Location: SVF Gym

     

    Mandatory Summer Cheer Camp:

    UCA Sleepaway Camp | August 26-29, 2025

    IMPORTANT: Camp is required to be eligible to compete at UCA Nationals in Florida this February 2026. This is also where team routines are developed and strong team bonds are formed.

    Mandatory Dance Camp:

    UDA Home Camp | September 20 & 21, 2025

    • Attendance at both clinic days is expected.
    • Please fill out the attached athletic consent and liability forms prior to participation.
    • If your daughter is unable to attend the clinic dates, please email me directly to discuss alternatives.
    WHAT TO BRING:
    • Athletic/Workout Shoes
    • Comfortable T-Shirt
    • Shorts or Leggings
    • Water Bottle
    HOW TO REGISTER YOUR DAUGHTER:
    • Complete and submit the Google Form linked above
    • Submit the Liability Waiver prior to or at the start of the clinic. 
    • Ensure all required forms are completed and submitted before participation. 

    Mr. Perez will also be at the Freshmen Orientation on June 9th and would be happy to answer any questions in person. Alternatively you can email Mr. Perez at Mperez@saintvincentferrer.com

MISSION STATEMENT

Saint Vincent Ferrer High School was established in the tradition of St .Dominic, who strove to instill in others a lifetime commitment to Study, Community, Prayer, and Service. Saint Vincent Ferrer High School is sponsored by the parish of Saint Vincent Ferrer, located at 65th Street and Lexington Avenue. The first school was built in 1884 and was staffed by the Dominican Sisters of Saint Mary of the Springs. Presently, the Dominican Sisters of Our Lady Of The Springs administer and staff the school. The school was started to meet the educational needs of the immigrant population which was flooding into New York City. Today, we prepare young women from diverse backgrounds for college and a lifetime of learning. We provide a challenging and supportive environment that cultivates intellectual, spiritual, and moral values. Furthermore, we seek to empower our students to become responsible, independent, and principled members of the global community as well as effective witnesses of Christ's love.
